The property extends for 300 square meters and 6000 square meters of green space. In the realization of this structure, we wanted to create a context, out of the ordinary, with the employment of local workers and artisans who, thanks to their creativity, have respected and preserved the architectural styles of our territory and have given this place a truly authentic soul.
Olive groves, carob trees and fields bordered by typical dry-stone walls surround the property. Rocks and Mediterranean flora frame the elevated structure that offers a unique view from which you can see the sea and the picturesque Apulian countryside. The entire property is developed on several levels, is monitored by cameras and is fully fenced. The renovation of this typical structure began in 2010; the discovery of the underlying rock naturally defined the organization of the property

The Villa
In the highest part, an infinity pool with whirlpool overlooks a breath-taking view. A few meters from the pool there is the common room with full kitchen and a bathroom, barbecue area with wood oven, gazebo with table and outdoor furniture.
Next to the common room there is the first unit: the trullo “La chiancarella”, which offers its guests two bodies of cones. The first cone can accommodate two people. There is a double bed, tv, air conditioning, wi-fi and a full bathroom with WC, sink, bidet and shower. The second cone can accommodate three people and offers air conditioning, wi-fi and has a double bed, a single bed inside an ancient alcove and a bathroom. Near the Barbecue area there is a dependence with a double bed and a bathroom. The latter gives access to the terrace. On the second level there are three lamias. The first lamia offers three beds arranged in a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The second lamia offers a double bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. Finally, four people can sleep in the last lamia, it is arranged with two double beds, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
